Mukesh Tyagi , 1992 batch fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the founder member of M.K.Tyagi & Co. abbreviated as MKT , prior to starting His practice he was associated with reputed industries and management consultants in senior positions. Since over the decade , Mukesh has obtained rich experience in almost every field of Industry and commerce like Direct and Indirect Taxation , Auditing, Corporate Finance,Company Law , Trusts , Business Transformations , FEMA and systems Development activities. He handles all complex problems in above areas with equal ease but his core competency lies in understanding the client,s requirement and providing value addition management consultancy services by Transformation of Business and in Setting up New Industry . Mukesh is stationed and incharge of Bangalore head office.

Prakash Rao:

Prakash , 2004 batch associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , has joined the firm as partner .Prior to joining as partner Prakash was associated with a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants. He has experience in Auditing, Internal Control and System development, Trusts, Societies, Business Process outsourcing . Prakash is stationed and will be incharge of new Branch in Bangalore.
